T o promote and provide the world with media that is not only rooted in the word of God, but that is relevant to this generations issues and the social fabric of the globe. As the premier provider of this media, we will aim to further create awareness to the problems that affect our peers the most while giving them the ultimate solution; Jesus Christ.

Old Testament- 1 Samuel 17:30 “Is there not a cause?” These words quoted by David are some of the most significant words ever spoken. David was different from all of the men in the army of Israel because he seen the battle as a cause of the Lord.

We too see Sling Shot Media Group as a cause of the Lord. There is a need for the unsaved to be introduced to Jesus. We are the movement that will tap into this market with an response that will be historic.

New Testament- 1 Timothy 4:12 “Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” We refuse to remain comfortable but answer the individual call that God has placed in our lives, in order to better serve the body. . Standing as living proof that you can be young, living saved, and enjoying life in Christ Jesus, we denounce the stigma of Generation X, and replace it with the “X Factor Generation”. This generation will be the one who will refuse to see the word Christian as a noun; but as a verb, “Christ Like”.

Linking up with DJ and ministry partner DeLayne Whiteside, Sling Shot Media Group became a Limited Liability Corporation on August 20, 2008. Though Sling Shot Media Group had been operating as a ministry long before that, this day solidified Sling Shot Media Group as a company in the marketplace.
